IBEX Global is seeking a focused and results-oriented Sr. Technical Recruiter to join our team. The Sr. Technical Recruiter will utilize various channels and techniques to source technical talent for current and future hiring needs. He or she will develop an overall technical recruiting strategy, playing an integral role in filling IT vacancies with qualified employees.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking and internal recruiting tools to source and fill open positions with highly qualified technical talent.
- Source active & passive IT/Technical candidates in the market through different various sourcing strategies and techniques.
- Conduct resume, phone & initial technical skills alignment testing.
- Coordinate with management and clients on the details of recruitment.
- Facilitate end to end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating compensation package and onboarding.
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
- Identify qualified candidate profiles.
- Proactively identify hiring needs.
- Develop talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Report on the recruiting activities, challenges and strategies.
- 2+ years of Recruiting experience focused on technical recruiting.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Strong negotiation & candidate "people skills"
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Must have well-developed applicant screening and behavioral interviewing skills.
- Focused and proactive approach to work tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
