The incumbent is a senior HIV/AIDS retention project/activity manager and key public health technical advisor to the Care and Treatment Team Lead. Incumbent’s responsibilities include day-to-day program administrative management, coordination and collaboration with other PEPFAR agencies to ensure project implementation addresses program strategic objectives and internationally recognized public health standards of best practices. This management role requires public health technical leadership, results-oriented analysis, advocacy, and constant and clear communication with implementing partners, non-governmental organizations, and Haiti ministries. Incumbent represents CDC Haiti on HIV care and support (retention) issues at technical, policy and strategic planning meetings, including meetings with collaborators and donor agencies.
Qualifications and Evaluations
EXPERIENCE: Three years of mid to senior level public health experience in developing, implementing and evaluating HIV/AIDS Retention/Care and Support programs or other relevant public health programs that involve coordination with an international agency or implementing partner is required. One year additional experienced at the managerial level is required.
Master’s in public health is required.
Level IV English (fluency - speaking, reading, writing) is required “This will be tested”

Level IV Haitian Creole (fluency - speaking, reading, writing) is required
