* Contact recently churned customers to resolve payment issues
* Handle chargebacks and disputes
* Track churn reasons
* Overall communication with team
* Experience with FPR, retention, billing (email and voice)
* Strong communication skills
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, with a methodical approach to all tasks
* Solid customer service skills
* Fluent English speaker
* Detail oriented
* Strong follow through on tasks
* WordPress familiarity - especially as related to making websites
