Officer, Clerical (TOBAGO)

The incumbent is required to perform a variety of administrative and office duties in order to facilitate the efficient operation of the department and organisation by extension. These include but are not limited to organising meeting arrangements, preparing reports, maintaining appropriate filing systems, receiving visitors and receiving and re-routing telephone calls.
MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5 CXC’s including Mathematics & English Language
- Certification in Office Administration, Administrative Management or similar qualification.
- A minimum (3) years related work experience in an administrative capacity preferably in the Public Sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Or any equivalent combination of qualification and experience
We are in search of a team-player who has integrity, is results-oriented, possesses strong planning & organising skills, and great flexibility. Skills in records management, modern office practices & procedures, customer service, and experience dealing with multiple stakeholders are necessary.
