We are an award-winning, global company looking for high performance and talented Quality Assurance Analyst.
Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:
The QA Analyst is responsible for the creation and execution of test plans for the company’s software and products. The QA Analyst will ensure that every phase and feature of the software is tested, and when defects are found, will ensure these bugs are carefully documented and escalated to the developers for resolution and promote best testing practices, evaluate or recommend software for testing or bug tracking.
We are looking for an analytical person that is enthusiastic, a quick self-learner, team-player and is capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks. Candidate needs to have good reporting & communication skills as well as reporting skills and be able to communicate with product owners, developers and other testers on product requirements, business rules and issues.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience of automation testing Selenium, REST APIs, Web SPAs (Single Page Application)
- Manual Black Box software testing experience
- Solid understanding of the web and REST API paradigms
- Good understanding of some of the more popular programming languages
- Basic database knowledge (eg: querying via SQL)
